HomeCare AI: Provides automated home maintenance reminders via email and/or SMS.
HOA Whisperer: Offers streamlined HOA communication and management tools.
3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize M4 Global to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the customer portal link provided.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Services in any unauthorized manner.
5. Communication Preferences
By subscribing, you consent to receive transactional messages via email and/or SMS in accordance with your chosen settings. Standard carrier rates may apply for SMS messages.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
